Cobb Hill is in background. This house is gone and was replaced by Selden Birchard (II) who built the brick house where Eileen Birchard lives in 2017.

Dick Handrick wrote that the initial “picnic” was held in 1902 and the names jibe with names above and the count is approx. 34. The first “reunion” was 1903, but we don’t have the names or count so it is possible that it was nearly the same attendees as 1902. (jhb)
